1. Santa Claus Safari
A genuinely exciting day, on this adventure you will be able to ride on a snowmobile, enjoy a reindeer sleigh ride and visit Santa Claus. (Duration 6 hours)
Our most popular family safari combines nature, culture, and the warm Christmas spirit. The day starts with a snowmobile safari to a farm reindeer full of Lappish culture. You will then take a ride on a reindeer pulled sleigh and participate in the Arctic Circle crossing ceremony. In the afternoon, the excursion will continue by car to Santa Claus Village, a wonderful place to do some souvenir shopping. You will also have the opportunity to send postcards from Santa's post office. There will be an incredibly special visit to meet Santa Claus himself and then enjoy a delicious lunch in a cozy restaurant. At the end of your trip, you will receive a diploma for having crossed the Arctic Circle!

- In the event of poor weather conditions, transfers to the farms may be by car for safety reasons. Snowmobiles will continue to circulate as part of the program.

2. Snowmobile Safari and Reindeer Sleigh Ride
Cross the arctic circle and get a reindeer driver's license! (Duration: 3 hours)
On this snowmobile safari to a reindeer farm, you can learn a lot about the fascinating world of Lappish culture and reindeer husbandry. Everyone who passes the reindeer driving test will receive an international reindeer driver's license! You will also have the chance to take part in a special Lappish ceremony to cross the Arctic Circle. Before heading back to the city, relax with a cup of hot coffee or delicious berry juice.

3. Snowmobile Safari and Husky Sled Ride
The thrill of snowmobiling and sledding in one adventure! (Duration: 3.5 hours)
If you like huskies and snowmobiles, this is your safari! After an exciting snowmobile ride, you will arrive at the husky farm and will be greeted with friendly barks. Enjoy an exciting 20-minute husky ride and discover the ins and outs of life on the husky farm. Before returning to Rovaniemi on the snowmobiles, hot drinks will be served by the bonfire fire.

4. Northern Lights Snowmobile Safari
See the arctic night sky on a snowmobile, looking for the Northern Lights! (Duration: 3 hours)
Experience the magic of an arctic night driving through snow-covered forests and over a frozen river. With a bit of luck, you will travel under a bright, cloudless sky. illuminated by the moon and the stars and hopefully the Northern Lights. Enjoy a hot drink, have a snack by the campfire and learn more about the Northern Lights and the beauty of Lapland.

5. Excursion to the Northern Lights Observation Field
Discover the northern sky phenomenon at our Northern Lights base
This excursion will take you to the Northern Lights observation field located far from the illumination of the city, with a perfect view of the northern sky. At the camp, you will find the Northern Lights Theater, built by a huge igloo, where a film and spectacular photographs of the Northern Lights will be shown.
You'll also have time to tour the resort, take a quick ride on a sleigh pulled by a snowmobile or just lounge by a bonfire, admiring the northern sky. And don't forget to enjoy a traditional fire-cooked reindeer burger in the Kota tipi! With a little luck, the sky will be clear and you will be able to see the moon, the stars, and even the Northern Lights.

6. Reindeer Safari
Experience a traditional reindeer sleigh ride and learn more about these animals and their herders.
On this ride, we'll drive you to a Lappish reindeer farm for a taste of reindeer sledding! This traditional way of moving through the snowy forests is a unique experience. In the afternoon, you may see the Northern Lights blazing across the sky. Enjoy a cup of hot coffee with a scone by the campfire and discover what life is like for reindeer herders.

- Both male and female reindeer grow antlers. they lose them once a year and they grow back.

7. Swim in Arctic Waters
Come experience the lightness of your body while floating in arctic waters. On this guided adventure there is no need to fear the cold as you are fully protected in a high quality rescue suit. These suits cover your entire body and protect from the cold while keeping you dry. Since you wear your own clothes under the suit, you won't get cold even in the open water at 32ºF. Let your body and mind float as you enjoy this frozen experience. Lying in the ice hole between the ice blocks is something worth trying - the circumstances are truly arctic!
