In winter, it is a popular destination for winter sports enthusiasts, such as skiing and snowboarding, and also for those seeking unique experiences like husky or reindeer sled rides. Additionally, visitors can enjoy the magical Northern Lights during the winter months. Day 1. Spain / Helsinki / Rovaniemi / Santa Claus Village
Airport check-in. Check-in procedures. Departure on a regular flight to Rovaniemi (via Helsinki). Arrival. Meeting with our guide and transfer to the Santa Claus Village, where the Santa Claus Holiday Village cabins are located (approx. 5 minutes). Arrival. Upon arrival, we will collect the thermal suits that we can use throughout our stay in Lapland. Once settled, we will enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant. Accommodation.
Day 2. Santa Claus Village - Snowmobile Safari
Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Today we will embark on one of the most spectacular excursions of the trip, a snowmobile safari. We will be provided with helmets and gloves, and after receiving instructions from the guides, we will start our snowmobile ride. The adults will drive the snowmobiles (2 people per snowmobile), while the children will ride in a sled pulled by the guide's snowmobile. During the journey, we will experience the power of these machines and enjoy the nature at its finest, with the frozen river and the typical snowy Lapland forests. Along the way, we will have a snack around a campfire with sausages and drinks. Return to the hotel and free afternoon, during which you can participate in an optional karting excursion.
Day 3. Santa Claus Village - Husky Safari and Arktikum Museum
Buffet breakfast at the hotel. We will begin our adventure today by transferring to a husky farm, where these gentle friends will be eagerly waiting to embark on their journey. After equipping the dogs with harnesses and preparing the different teams (4-6 dogs per sled), we will start our sled ride. The guides will teach us how to handle the sleds. Well-trained huskies can pull up to seven times their own weight. We will experience the speed through the beautiful white Lapland landscapes... Light lunch during the excursion. The rest of the afternoon is free to enjoy the Village or visit attractions for which you have entry tickets: Arktikum Museum. Arktikum Museum (entrance included) is one of the most famous museums in the city. The building itself is remarkable, with unique architecture, and you will have the opportunity to learn about Sami culture and tradition, as well as the history of the city. Day 4. Santa Claus Village - Santapark and Reindeer Farm
Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Today, we will embark on the excursion that all the children have been waiting for. We will be transferred by coach to a secret location in the forest where we will experience an incredible Christmas adventure: a visit to Santapark, where Christmas is celebrated all year round! Upon arrival, we will realize that it is a place straight out of a fairy tale, where every detail is taken care of. We will explore this magical world with the help of the elves, participate in the Elf School, and if we pass the tests, we will receive a diploma. We will taste delicious gingerbread cookies, visit the Ice Gallery, take a ride on the "Magic Train," and send wishes from the Elf Post Office. Afterward, we can enjoy fun outdoor activities such as tobogganing, troll dancing, snow scooters, and more. Then, family by family, we will be guided to a cabin where the biggest surprise awaits us: Santa Claus himself will privately greet each family and spend some time with us. Each child will receive a gift. We will conclude this unique experience by enjoying lunch at the Santapark restaurant. Afterward, we will head to a nearby reindeer farm, where we can enjoy a visit, warm drinks around a campfire, and a reindeer sleigh ride. Return to the hotel. Dinner at the resort's restaurant. Day 5. Santa Claus Village / Rovaniemi / Helsinki / Spain
Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Free time until the indicated transfer time. You can spend the morning skiing at the alpine ski resort, which has 5 slopes, special slopes for children, and slopes for snowboarders. The capacity of its ski lifts is 3700 people/hour. It also has a special sled track where you can enjoy with the little ones. Ski equipment can be rented, and lift tickets can be purchased by the hour. Departure to Rovaniemi Airport. Check-in procedures and departure on a Finnair flight to Spain, via Helsinki. Arrival and end of our adventure in Lapland.
